@ "Poor to Fair" - Cathy knows a lot about hair. She has helped me manage a very long and thick mane that gets chewed up by construction gear. She's been at it 30+ years. She has ALWAYS answered the phone, has NEVER hung up on me, has ALWAYS given a really good price (based on length of hair, not gender). She is genuinely friendly and knowledgable. A lot of shops in Gunnison don't have websites.
Love this place. Cathy goes above and beyond for her customers, and now that I have gone there, I will never go anywhere else! She understands what you want, and makes sure you get it. Can't say I love this place enough. I am a Very Happy customer!
I give this place a zero. I called to ask basic questions such as prices for certain services, hours, etc as this shop doesn't have a website. The woman who answered the phone told me the hours, but when I asked one more question she said she was busy and hung up on me. I don't see how they get any business at all. If you have absolutely no questions about services or prices this could be the place for you.
