I have shopped in many Ulta locations with satisfactory customer service. New to the Lakewood area, I popped in to this location to purchase some hair products to help me manage a bad haircut. I wanted to shop on my own but also get some expert advice. While I was browsing, the associates on the sales floor were busy with customers but I noticed they were very involved with listening and seemed genuinely interested in helping the customer in front of them. I did have to wait a while before I caught the attention of Julie, who was in the middle of helping another customer. She returned to help me with a smile and great attitude. Not only did she recommend some great products for me, she gave me some great tips on how to style my hair. Julie is an esthetician, not a hair stylist, but the products she recommended and the tips have helped me with my bad haircut. Everyone in the store was pleasant and I will be shopping at this location often.

April has colored my hair, cut it, and did my nails. She is the best. I really enjoy going into Ulta Salon to get my hair and nails done by April. I can't say enough good things about her.

Julie is incredibly knowledgeable about skin care - you can skip going to a dermatologist. Tina was also very helpful and nice. The return policy is great - I had already opened a bar of soap and they told me that it didn't even matter if I had used it, I could still return it for a full refund.

My mom had made an appointment here for a cut and color called a day later to confirm and the lady said they couldn't find me in the system and when they did my mom said it was for a cut and color with accent highlights. When we got there the stylist seemed inexperienced she didn't even do the accent highlights and I couldn't tell her to do them because she had already did my all over color which was a dark brown and I didn't want to damage my hair. When she was cutting my hair she didn't cross check it and made one side of my face frame shorter. She also charged my mom $20 extra because of "how much hair I had" my hair is only three inches past my shoulders. When all was done it cost $90 and the color looked like it came from box dye...

DO NOT LIKE THE EVENING STORE MANAGER!!! SHE'S A RUDE B**** DON'T WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY!!!!!! t(-_-t)
