Super clean place. Flat screen tvs, good music, wonderful polish selection. Perfect Pedicure. Crystal Chandeliers. Massage Chairs. Looooooove it!
I tried this place out yesterday after my friend recommended it to me. The outside is under construction however the inside reminds me of Coco Spa. I was up sold into getting the Sea Mud Spa pedicure. Then, after the complimentary massage the man tried to get me to purchase extra time which I declined. What was the most shocking of my visit was when I asked the woman to add a $5 tip to my bill since I did not have cash. She then says “That’s it?” and I didn’t respond. She walks away to swipe my card and comes back to then say “That is not 20% percent…very poor tip.” I just responded with an “oopsies” and ignored her. What did she want to do? Swipe my card again for an extra $2. After leaving the Floris I realized the oil that was in the products they used on my pedicure repelled my nail polish and my pedicure it totally messed up. I should go there today and show Jennifer why I didn’t give her the 20%!
This has been my "go to" place for a while for years. Its clean; big but well staffed; friendly but not fake; and they do a great job on nails. They also give great massages. All and all my favorite salon.
