The review below posted 2 years ago about a shortened massage session is bogus and misclassified. The reviewer is unfairly referring to another Spa, not this one. The Waxing Spa in Fairfield, CT was just newly organized and opened at its current location about 6 months ago, so a review posted 2 years ago obviously does not refer to this business. The Waxing Spa has superbly capable and experienced staff and provides outstanding services.

you should be aware that your website is not working when you click on it from the search engines. looks like there is an extra t at the beginning of the name in your url.

I had an appt at 3pm and arrived at 2:45 to make sure I had plenty of time to change and be ready for my Sports Massage. The Massage Therapist did not come to get me until 3:10, and by the time I changed and was laying on the table it was at least 3:15. I am not certain that I even received the "Sports Massage" that I paid for, since the massage therapist seemed unsure if she had the right person, then never confirmed with me the service that I was receiving. It felt very much like a regular "Swedish Massage". Since she started my massage 15 mins late, I assumed I would be done at 4:15, but when the massage was over, I got up and put on my clothes, looked at my watch and it was 4pm on the dot, so I did not receive the 1 hour that I paid for. The massage itself was mediocre, definitely nothing to write home about. There was also no special touch as far as the treatment I received from the staff which is pretty standard at other spas that I have been to (ie - no one offered to get me some water or tea, or a magazine to read while i waited, etc) , it was pretty dissappointing. there are many other spa choices in this area, and I would not recommend the Brickwalk Spa.

I have been going to The Spa for years and I always look forward to my visits. The people are great and the atmosphere is so relaxing. The massage therapists are amazing and were able to stop my back/shoulder pain. I highly recommend The Spa!
