I like BB's. She really worked w/ me on the price of my braids. She does a good job + I'm a Christian and I walked into Gospel music playing. And she also sales MAC makeup for African American skin + cute little jewelry for a nice touch up to your attire and nicely done hair! Def will be coming back!

I went to BB hair braiding several months ago to get a couple tracks sewn in for a partial weave. The woman that took me listened as explained what I wanted. That was the only interaction we had until she was done. The whole time she did my hair she spoke to other woman in the shop in a different language, leaving me extremely bored and uncomfortable. After 3 tracks, she told me I was done. When I told her I wanted more hair sewn in she said it wouldn't look good and she couldn't fit them. I knew this wasn't true because I had come in with 5 that had to be taken out. When I told her this, she just added one on top. I am white and have relatively thin hair. She braided the track over the crown of my head and didn't leave any hair to cover it up. I was pretty frustrated at this point and had already decided to just go back to the first person who did it. I left very disappointed and took them out right when I got home. There was a black woman getting her hair done there who seemed pretty happy with the service. Perhaps their experience with caucasian hair is limited. Basically, their prices are decent and the location is convenient but their service sucks. They are rude and the salon is dirty. Also, they were eating while doing my hair.
