Worst nail salon I've ever been to. The first question I was asked was "Where do you work", after I told the gentleman (I think his name was Timmy) He proceeded to ask me if I make alot of money (I'm in sales). I told him I do okay for myself. The entire time after that he continually asked me to buy a bunch of things I didn't want. He even insulted me and told me that my eyebrows weren't even and he could fix them for me. He repeatedly told me he was from NY and that he knew all about fashion. I am totally disgusted with this place. After all was said and done they charged me $60 for my nails when there pricing clearly says $45. I would reccomend Regal Nails in Manchester CT instead. Their service is top notch, they listen to what YOU want and they only charge $25 for a full set. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN! The only reason they got 1 star is because their salon was clean. Everything else sucks. Including the nails-which by the way- you'll need a fill in a week.
Very Unimpressed. The cleanliness was good of the place, however, the technicians barely spoke any english, they didn't understand much at all. They weren't overly friendly and it was very rushed. I also had my eyebrows done by a lady there and she took out a complete chunk. Overall, I would never go back.
I have been going to Classy Nails for 6 years and love the service and the results. All the technicians are professional and friendly. The service and the prices are great!!
