I have been going to Shear Elegance for years after a friend recommended it to me. I have always had a very positive experience, and I receive quite a few compliments on my hair after I visit the salon. As a matter of fact, I love this salon so much that I had my hair styled for my wedding here along with other members of my bridal party. The owner usually works on my hair, and I appreciate the fact that he is a good listener, gives great advice, and is very accommodating. In my opinion, the whole staff is very pleasant and professional, and the salon is clean and orderly. I will continue to recommend this salon to others in the future.
BAD BAD BAD experience. In 20 years I've had my share of bad hair experiences. But I've never had to go elsewhere after 2 visits to have a professional fix what this place did. If I could help anyone.. offer anyone a piece of advice, it's find another salon. They're a dime a dozen in this area. Dont have regrets like me.
