This place should be closed. Jenny (the Owner/Manager) is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has HORRIBLE customer service (shows up to appointments late and does not guarantee her work). Based on my experience, this shop is garbage and is more focused on taking your money vs. providing quality work.
I have been going to Jenny's for at least 5 years. Jenny has always done my nails. The last several times I've gone she gives one reason or another for why she can't do my nails. The latest time (Saturday night) I made an appt however, when I got there she turfed me to Peter which I went along with. I got there at 6:20 and was finished my nails and pedi by 9:00. I waited in the back for Jenny to do my eyebrows (which were supposed to be free because I spent $73.00) for at least 15 minutes. I eventually got tired of waiting and left. I went back today (3/18/13) to be left in the back once again while Jenny finished up someone's nails. I've seen Jenny take 5 minutes to come back and do nails however I am always left waiting. I will not be back! I'm going someplace where after 5 years of patronage, spending 70 plus $'s every other week, I am treated like a valued customer. Jenny's only cares about the dollar bill!
