Let me start by saying I am a Newby. My first visit was really impressive though...my stylist spent 20+ minutes running her fingers through my hair as though she was really getting to know it. We talked, she explained the changes my hair was going through and helped me understand knew styles and techniques to manage my new natural curls as well as provided knew products to help me get the look I was waiting for without a 'magic wand'. I am very pleased with my knew subtle look and I appreciate feeling like a valued customer. I am actually looking forward to my next visit. I have been on the look out for someone new for a few years...it took a long time because I do pride myself on being a loyal customer and building relationships but my beautician of 18 + years just stopped listening and over time that just became too frustrating to continue.
