Love this place. The staff are always so friendly and welcoming and every time I book with them, I leave happy. I always go to the same waxer, KerriAnn and I absolutely recommend her for all waxing needs.
Whenever I've been here I've never felt like the girls at the desk are welcoming. There's one there now that takes the cake. She's the rudest! They are very fast but fast doesn't always mean afficiant. I never leave there totally clean. They may leave stray hairs but one thing they never forget is to remind you over and over about the wax packages. Really makes it not worth going in there. I said no the first 3 times why keep asking!! Just be glad I'm here and I pre-book.
I love coming here, i never have to wait more then 5 mins. The girls at the front are always so nice and make me feel welcome. I always get jessica when i go. She is super fast and such a sweetheart!
NEVER AGAIN! The place is nice. However, the service was horrible. I had bikini line done, more like bikini wave. I did not notice it while in the center, but when I got home I notice that the top of my bikini line is crooked. Left side was more that an inch higher than the right side. Absolutely worst result! I will never go there again, nor will recommend this place to my friends and family.
