Worst mani-pedi I have ever received. The lady I had didn't know how to file straight and completely botched my nails, some are shorter than the other and are slanted in all different directions, some rounded some square. I got gel nail polish with my manicure and it looked as if it was just plain old nail polish and had to critique her on fixing them on the OBVIOUS mistakes that she missed. Completely irritated with the results. When I got home my pedicure was smeared and I had to take it off. Do not go to this place expecting good results. It's a waste of your money, I promise.
I would not recommend this place at all. The woman who seemed to be in charge was very rude speaking her own language to the other employees constantly while I was being seen. Did not seem to care of her work with me and seemed as though i was just a disturbance to her. I wanted to get up and run out of the place only that I had already paid prior to getting my nails done. This was certainly the worst experience and customer service I have seen in a nail salon. Never going back again.
