Terrible!!! Went for a very simple haircut -- 1 inch off all around + front layers (chin length). I even showed the hairdresser a picture of what I wanted and she just did her own thing. My hair is now uneven, with ugly, lop-sided back layers, looks like crap. I grew my hair out for 3 years. Should've known better than to get a haircut at this dump. She was very unfriendly, rough with the comb, and inattentive. She answered the phone and told the person to "google" the phone number for a different Supercuts location. These people are not professionals -- they should be banned from ever touching another person's hair, let alone cutting it!
I usually go to SuperCuts because I don't care for expensive or fancy trims every 2 months. I have the most plain haircut, a pixie, and they couldn't even do the back on my neck straight. I don't even know the name of my hair dresser and they were on the phone constantly while cutting hair. Buy yourself a $15 trimmer and give yourself a much better haircut.
had a hair cut and color , cut hair too short and color not what i ordered , these people are still learning the biz . Ok for kids but thats about it.
$15..couldnt even do a buzz cut right. haphazardly done and very uneven. Did not respond well to criticism.
