If I could give it less stars I would. I made an appointment months in advance, on the day of my appointment I was informed that I could not come in that day and I would have to be rescheduled as they had NO colorist. What?? This is a large salon that books appointments weeks and months in advance but does not take into account that they will need stylists and colorist in their salon to actually see the clients they book. Do not book appointments here they do not honor their commitments to their clients and they do not care about you.
Had a great experience! I was very nervous because I am very particular about my hair- as everyone should be, but needless to say, I was in good hands. Miranda was my colorist (a level 2) and I have to say that I have never loved the color of my hair more than I do now! She is amazing and my hair came out PERFECT! Also, the hair wash done by Whitney was incredible! I would go there JUST to get my hair shampooed... Overall, it was a wonderful experience.
Had a wonderful haircut done by Toni. Will definitely be back.
This is one of the best Aveda Salons in South Florida. Miranda is my choice of Master Colorist and Leah is my choice for a cut.
