I went there a few times and one lady from new Jersey was awesome. But there prices are way to high to get your hair cut,That is why I stopped going there. When you ask how much it is going to cost for two hair cuts and of course shampoo and blow drying on one it should of never come to 179.00.You would think they would give you a straight answer on the price before doing two hair cuts.We should of had cut color, waxing etc for those prices. That was with a 20.00 tip so it actually come to 159.oo.For what two hair cuts that they charge extra for a shampoo and blow dry come on .The girl was a great stylist but the prices out outrageous.
My sister and I went to A'Nue Salon for manicures and pedicures before my wedding. We both made appointments for these services. My sister's nails turned out fine, although they had a VERY limited selection of colors. Also, they are not "set up" for pedicures. They had an office chair and then pulled out a plastic foot bath, like one you can buy at BB&B. When it came my turn(mind you, I was the bride and getting manicure and pedicure for my wedding the next day), I showed a photo of how I wanted my nails, which was a French manicure with small sparkles on the tips. The 2 ladies looked at me like I was an alien. The first lady said "I don't know how to do French manicures", and the other say " Well I'll give it a try". Great! Thanks for the confidence!!! I should've known then to just leave and go to a real salon. So they get started, and did not have the colors I wanted or the small sparkles to put on the tips. So I just settled for basic French manicure. She finished the first layer, but moved on to another client that came in, before finishing with my appointment!!! It took her 30 minutes to return to finish my nails, but when she did, she put 2 different color "whites" on the manicure tips!! When I brought this to her attention, she got mad at me and just walked away to finish her other client! I just walked out, with different colored nails, and headed to my rehearsal dinner!! Thankfully the salon at the Plantation Inn was able to salvage my nails and make them look good for the wedding. Do not go to this salon, they don't treat their customers with respect and do not have the supplies to run a nail salon.
