WARNING!!!If you want someone to butcher your nails this is the place to go. Horrible Horrible!! the nail tech cut 3 of my fingers with the drill and made them bleed when I had said ouch he laughed and said sorry. I didn't think it was funny. after cutting my finger and saying sorry he did it again repeatedly. When I went to pay I had showed the manager what he had done mind you my fingers were still bleeding he just looked at them and shrugged his shoulders and sat back down with no apology I guess its ok for customers to leave with bleeding fingers that your employee caused. NEVER AGAIN

I'm usually a positive person, but this place is horrible. went there a year ago and had a pedi down, not bad but when you make fun of someone's feet its just terrible. Went there in December to get a set done with my sister-in-law, and 1) the guy was sanding my nails and he was going to far to the point that it was BURNING!!! i jerked my hand away and he yanked it back. 2) she did it so fast that the nails had air pockets under them (didnt realize it till after i left, because i was rushed and pushed out the door.) 3) the acrylic was literally burning fingers because he had grind my real nail down too much. 4) My sister-in-law had cuts and nips and file burns on her fingers! Unacceptable! only good part was the younger girl (still in high school) did a design on my nails that was really pretty. too bad the nails that it was on fell off a week later. DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE..

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT A GREAT EXPERIENCE EVERYTIME I WALK IN THE DOOR.....I HAVE NEVER HAD TO WAIT PAST MY APPT TIME....I HAVE BEEN TO MANY SALONS IN THE AREA AND THIS FACILITY BY FAR IS THE BEST.....I HOPE THEY CONTINUE ON......ANY NEGATIVE RESPONSE FROM ANYONE ....MUST JUST BE A NEGATIVE PERSON...MMMMMM...MAY NEED TO GET A LIFE....PAY FOR YOUR SERVICES.....PENNY PINCHER......THE OWNERS ARE GREAT...STOP YOUR WHINING............

Everytime I go in there the owner Trish is so stuck up. She is very rude and when she did my nails she cut me and blamed me for moving!!! The acrylic seems to be cheap and always peels off. However, there is an older gentleman that does pedi's and he is very good!
