If I could give it zero stars I would! I made an appointment, went in, asked for acrilic nails and she said, "I don't have time to do that." I'm a customer. I'm paying. Your supposed to do what I ask? They don't sterolize their equipment either! I saw a girl go straight from clipping someones toe nails, to clipping someones finger nails WITH THE SAME CLIPPERS! Not cleaned either! She cut my nails too short, and the next day, my polish was already chipping. About a week later, I had ingrown finger nails, and even a plantar wart UNDER my nail from where I'm guessing she used un sterilized clippers. I will not be going back there, or any other nail salon. It has totally deterred me from nail salons.
Side note: Its also over priced.
Im the kind of person who love a place where they remember me next time. Iv been going to Ban and Hue(her son) for about a year and i couldnt imagen going any where else they care about and me do a great job. shes so funny too!
