The only reason that I am giving this place a star is because of James. Both the owners and one of the hairdressers need help and training. I came with a specific haircut in mind and GREW MY HAIR OUT FOR A YEAR to get this haircut. Not only did the stylist take a chunk of my hair to "test" the color...when I got there she spent 4 1/2 hours butchering my hair! It was so far fetched from what I showed her I was livid. I paid and I just left. When I called the following business day because my hair was changing color to orange...I was told by the owner they refuse to give me my money back AND INSISTED that I allow them to work on my hair again. After being hung up on and making a visit there...they fixed the color but refused to compensate me. I will never go to this place again. They are very unprofessional and they should not advertise things that their staff is not trained to do.

I called Hair Lab this morning and was in the same day for a haircut with James. What a great experience, from Dottie shampooing to James's humor and expertise. I got a fun, young haircut and the price was super reasonable. I'll definitely be back!

By far the best salon I've been to in years. They offer excellent service. My hairdresser Johana was superb. The people are friendly and treat you like a queen (or king I suppose). Definitely go here!!!!!

Apparently the owners of this business can't be bothered to update their website to say that they no longer offer nail services.

Very satisfied! I just got my hair done the other day at this Salon with Doris. What a magnificent job she did! She got the right color for my roots and highlights came out perfect. Couldn't be happier. The blow dry was excellent! She took all the time needed to do the job right and mind you I have a lot of hair. Definitely going back to her for touch up. Everyone there was super nice. Thank you Doris and Hair Lab! One satisfied customer! Angela
