The best around in this area! Especilly JT i loved the way JT shaped my nails.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are so nasty. Didn't want to redo the horrible job one of those gooks did. Crooked nails , polish horrible. Will be telling everyone they suck.

Terrible mani/pedi! We wanted to try a new place for a mani/pedi and made a big mistake. Entering the facility it "looked" clean; but looking at the pedi chair, there was grime and dust all over the bowl; gross. After getting my pedicure started, another tech came to do my manicure while standing next to me. This was a little awkward and uncomfortable as I had to keep reaching over and hold a bowl of water that she filled from the foot basin faucet in my lap. She used a very worn extra coarse file to shape my nails. She did not ask if I wanted squared or round; she just started hacking away. This was a barely a manicure. All she did was file my nails with an extra coarse file, pushed the cuticle back and snipped on a few nails before greasing my arms and getting my shirt dirty with oil. She was working so fast when she painted my nails and left no attention to detail. I have paint on the sides of my finger still. Once again, this is another facility that uses a hand held CHEESE GRATER to do pedicures!! My toes were unevenly trimmed. It's a shame because the lady who did my feet was nice. But like other reviews said; they do not know how to do nails here. Even the most basic pedicure and manicures they can't do. They're also way to persistent with trying to get you to purchase the most expensive mani/pedi package, no means no! It was very annoying when 20 min into the service you selected they are still trying to upsell. they even had a sign saying 18% tip is appreciated. Crap jobs. WILL NOT RETURN EVER!!

The shop is nice but the nail techs do not know how to do nails. They raise there prices out of the blue. I was recently just going for my eyelashes, because the lady did a decent job. I have been going there for 6 months but when I went the other day the she charged me more for my eyelashes than usual, I explained to her that I never paid that much before why the sudden change? She says it's always been that price. Yea right! I've been going on a regular basis to know how much I spend. I had me an appointment at 2 and didn't get seen until 2:25 and then have the nerve to over charge me?! On top of that she stopped every five minutes while doing my eyelashes to help other people and walk around. I got to my.appt at little before 2 and did not leave until after 3:30. Talk about unprofessional. They have lost a good customer I will not be returning.
