I had been to this place in the past and had similar experiences but this one did it for me. I went in at noon on a Tuesday and there were three customers waiting in the shop which I was one of. There were four barbers. Only one of them was cutting hair. After sitting for about 20 minutes one of the customers sitting across from me simply asked is anyone else cutting hair today as I have to get back to work. The response was we will take care of you when we get there. And then another one said hold on man we are eating and followed it up with go ahead and leave if you have to. Then the three barbers laughed to each other as if customers were not even there. Meanwhile only one of them was eating and the other two were playing grab ass talking about the weekend or something. Seemed to me as if they either were too good to cut our hair or they just didn't need our money? Not sure the case but either way I left and will never return. Terrible customer service and horrible business. Find a new day job if you're just going to hang around and bullshit. People come in and expect a haircut not to watch you mess around and ignore us. Not sure how this place is staying in business
By far the best place to get your hair cut in Lehigh Acres. Yes, sometimes they are packed but it's worth the wait. The fact that they're sometimes packed shows you how good the place is.
Went on a Sunday and the wait was literally 10 minutes. The barber was precise, patient and neat! If you ever want a cut go on a Sunday
