Toppie johnson has being doing for over twenty years now. Mrs. Toppies hair boutique is a well known business that's deeply rooted in the black roots of madison, florida. Mrs. Toppie herself is also a well known figure here in madison because of elegant and beautiful hair designs that attract women of all ages but mainly women of the older generation. Why is that? I don't know but maybe its because of the kindness and love that mrs. Toppie displays to all whom comes to her salon or maybe its the to get their daily dose of the latest news that's going on around town. Maybe its a mixture of both but what ever it maybe, mrs.
