My new favorite salon! After years of getting my hair cut and colored at a much more expensive place, I decided to try this Supercuts for a haircut and color when I didn't have time to wait for an appointment. I ended up loving my new hair even more than when I got it worked on at my old salon. I continue to go back about once a month to get it refreshed. The team of employees really care about their customers and want them to be happy. I always feel welcome walking in and leave the salon feeling stylish and good about how my hair looks. Great business and highly recommended if you need anything done to your hair!!!
Do not go to this salon! They will ruin your hair. I had went in for a simple cut to my short hair and light color. I had no hair left when I left and the color was awful. Joy had to actually consult another staff person who was staring at nasty looking dye bottles, trying to decide what to mix!! They were just experimenting on me and I lost. I had went in there one other time before and thought I would never go back again. Out of an emergency I went in and took the chance. Don't ever assume with this salon you will get the right cut or color. They have no idea what they are doing. I am a professional woman who conducts business with large corporations, I wanted to wear a wig I was so embarrassed. Just don't use this salon and you will avoid a train wreck.
April gave me the worst haircut of my life ! She has no business behind a chair with a pair of shears !!
