This is a great place staffed with people who really know what they are doing and are friendly. I've always had a hard time with my hair and getting it cut because it is curly and unruly. I usually avoid getting my hair cut because I go home crying... not at this place! I had about 8 inches taken off (a drastic change) and I couldn't be happier. I showed Justina a photo of what I wanted and she was able to make the cut perfect for my hair. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else from now on!

From the moment I walked in I did not feel very welcome. The front desk personnel is absolutely NOT the friendliest one. I went there to get my hair and make up done for my wedding and while I wad very happy with my hair I was not happy with the make up. My hair is super curly and hard to deal with and I felt like the stylist knew exactly what to do with eat to achieve my desire style. Now for the make up...it was too dark and I told her I wanted something natural looking and to get smokey eyes. She could not get the smokey eyes look down and did not seem to have the proper shade of gray because it always looked blueish, I would highly recommend this place for hair because overall they know what to do and they are very good managing time. However not so much for the make up part because I did not felt pretty at all...luckily I was able to fix it on my own and the photos of the wedding turned out pretty good!

March 24, 2011 My son had been in for a hair cut several months ago and got me a gift card while he was there for my birhtday. I waited until yesterday to use the gift card thinking that I would go when I could aford color as well. There is a new hire there from the Aveda Institute in Tallahassee, named Michelle. She took a great deal of time to ask me what I wanted my hair to look like, how short I wanted it and what color I liked before she ever began. I was offered tea and water. My hair looks amazing, better than it has ever looked before. I was given a 20% discount since this was my first time there. Michelle is wonderful. If you go, call and ask for her....she takes her time and makes sure it's right. I loved the other experiences I viewed as I sat in my chair and I even got a hand massage after my hair was washed. Sincerely, I will be back and I am so glad that Michelle was there to greet me. Love her.

If I could give a zero star rating, I would. I went to see the creme de la creme senior colorist to fix a color problem. They told me they would fix it. Instead of fixing it, they created a much bigger problem-- not only was my hair NOT the color I wanted, but the color that was on my head began to fall out. When I went in the next day, after countless hours of sobbing and not sleeping, I demanded a full refund. Ideally, had they have offered $1,000 worth of other services to me (i.e. body massages, facials, manis & pedis, etc), I would have demanded that they compensate ME simply $1,000, because, ultimately, that would be how much it would take for me to gain the hair back that I once had. I'll just leave it at this-- When I walked out with my full refund, not only did the manager and "senior colorist" not give a hoot, they (both girl and GUY) had longer hair than me.

I had such a wonderful experience. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The moment I walked in I was greated and offered some calming tea. I was taken back to the spa and met by my massage Therapist, Erin did a wonderful job she was able to imediately find where I carried my stress and begin to relieve the tension. I'll definitely go back.
