I am new in town and was looking for a place to get my daughters first haircut. I went to this Hair Cuttery and met Tracy. She is awesome and I am telling everyone know about how great she is. I was so impressed by her professionalism and her soft nature with my daughter. I appreciate how great she made this experience for me I will never forget it. Customer for life. Go ask for her.you will not be disappointed. ;)
I went in here on a tuesday night at 6:30. I waited over an hour (after being told it would be less than 20 min. before they could get to me) The hair dresser (a woman with brown hair a little past her shoulders) did not wash my hair before cutting it, did not listen to me at all when I explained what I wanted done with it, left in the middle of my cut to go do something else, and did a horrible hair cut. I emailed hair cuttery, received a call back from someone and was told the store manager would be contacting me to schedule a time to fix my haircut. The store manager never called back. Worst experience with hair salon ever.
