Worst ULTA location I've ever been to. Sadly, this is the closest location to me. The staff is undeniably rude and unhelpful. They rarely greet me when I walk through the door and they always look annoyed. I once asked a question to an employee and she responded with a flat "no" and didn't even LOOK at me. Another time I was returning something and the employee asked "what are you returning?" I misunderstood her and said "oh, I just didn't like it" and she interrupted and said "NO, not WHY are you returning it, WHAT are you returning?" with the worst attitude! I get dirty looks from the employees all the time as well. I once dropped an eyeliner by accident and another employee gave me a dirty look and said "are you SURE you don't need help with anything?" with such a sour attitude. Aside from that, everything is always sold out, the testers on high end products look and feel like they haven't been used/cleaned in years, products always look old and are damaged, there's ALWAYS carts of things to restock sitting in the middle of aisles, the list can go on and on. And, can someone please tell me why there's 5 registers yet there's always only one person working the register? Lines always take forever, and sometimes there isn't anyone there at all! The other day I waited a good 5 minutes in line until I had to go get someone to ring me up. This store is just a complete train-wreck and I will not be returning to Ulta unless the staff become properly trained and learn proper manners, because I've been here a million times and all experiences have been horrible. You lost a loyal customer.

I called to make an appointment with the salon, and when the woman answered the phone, she said, "Ulta" in a short and rude tone. I said to her, "Can I make an appointment with the salon?" and she replied "uh yes?" then I said to her, "I wasn't sure if this was the salon because you didn't specify when you answered." Her response to me was, "um okay this is the salon." I ended up hanging up on this woman. Someone should train the salon staff in communication and hospitality.

This location is the closest Ulta to me. The shelves always seem to be empty. They never have the shades of makeup I am looking for. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!! They are RUDE!!! It is a waste of time coming to this Ulta.
