I found Frankie's Hair Shack by reading these reviews. I had a bad experience at a Walmart Salon in Little Rock, AR and didn't want to repeat the experience. Rita listened to my requests, and asked me questions about what I wanted the results to be during the cut. Her prices are very reasonable, and her quick humor made me feel like an old friend. If you are a traveler like me looking for a good haircut, I would recommend Rita at Frankie's Hair Shack!
