HORRIBLE! Ihadjusthad my nails done for an event and went there to have my hair done while my nails dry. Simple blow-out/ straightening. The girlused a cheap plastic brush and I knew she hadnoidea what she was doing. In the end my hairlooked dry and frizzy. It looked better when I walked in!! I then remarked how bad it was and asked her to put it partially up. Then I gotup to leave and she stopped me for payment. I told her this was the worse experience and that Iwas not going topay for such horrible service. What is worse is they wanted $80!!!! They said it was now a blow-out and updo!! for a 1/2 braided pony tail. I still refused and they said they would call security and threatened me to pay. I paid the $80 and complained to the BBB and the company and my credit card. I can't believe they are still in business!! DON'T GO THERE.. You'll be sorry!

Horrible staff. Couldn't stress that enough. No one greets. A male hair dresser farted and then publicly announced it. Walked in and couldn't tell who worked there. My sister got her hair trimmed by a younger girl who had the worst attitude and was very unprofessional. She couldn't answer questions about hair products or styles. In the middle of cutting my sister's hair she told my sister to "hold on" while she checked her personal cell phone to see if someone called. She also told my sister her hair looked horrible with spilt ends. While I was waiting on her, the other staff were talking and blabbing really loud about clients and complaining to me about clients. The whole staff were talking amongst themselves and being very immature. By far, the WORST HAIR SALON EVER. This truely is not an exaggeration but disappointment. Where is Tabitha's Takeover when ya need one?? Wish I could put 0 stars. Overall... Terrible. If you wish to be ignored and want horrible service then sure, waste your money here. I'd recommend getting what you want at a nice professional place, like Panache.

This place absolutely sucks. I knew I was making a huge mistake coming here but it's Sunday and I couldn't find another hair salon open in the county. The service is awful. I came in and waited at the front desk to sign in for what must have been 10 minutes, while the four miserable donkeys that work here went about various tasks without even acknowledging my presence. If you're looking for a place for anythin other than cutting your kids hair, go somewhere else. Hair cuttery is the mcdonalds of hair salons

First time getting my haircut in five plus years by someone other than myself, and I gotta say: The girl can cut some hair!!!!! I went in and at first just a wanted a little off the sides and the top, of my already fo, fo-hawk, then decided: "What the he!!, she's the pro, I'll just let her do her thing." Good choice cause it looks great, she was really friendly, and I'll be back in three weeks or so to get it redone or for something else.

DO NOT go here to get your hair faded!! I am in the military and its a pretty basic haircut but 2 girls tried and both failed. Tomorrow is my first day at a new job and I look ridiculous!!! Either learn the haircut better or dont pretend you know how to do it!!!!
