Very late when she sets appointment and double book herself. I have sat there a whole day for her to braids someone before she braided mine. Never apologies when she is late. She thinks she is doing u a favor. African mentality. Anyone who wants to go there, I would advise, find somewhere else. Do not waste ur time going there.

Wish I could give a 0 ...I called to schedule an appointment and waited 30 minutes w/o anyone showing up. This was extremely upsetting as I wear my hair naturally and had to find a wig to wear for a week until I was able to schedule another appointment with a more reliable company

Does a great job on your hair, but is always late for morning appts. I've been left waiting for over 30 minutes, TWICE!
