Simply The Best Spa in Tampa! And, yes I have been to more than a handful since I moved here over 3 years ago. You can come here and spend an hour or half a day, since they offer Massage, Facials, Waxing and also Group Fitness classes all under one roof :) I had a fabulous massage with Jennifer (great deep tissue work), and then I had a facial with Jenna, who is very detailed and gave me GREAT tips on monthly maintenance for my skin! I fell asleep during my facial towards the end - it was SO relaxing. I came back later in the week and attended a Yoga class (they offer several types) and Oh! Did I also mention that Urban Juice company is on the 1st floor and they offer fresh, cold pressed juices? Sunday Morning is my favorite juice since it has carrots, ginger, and cinnamon as part of the flavor profile - delicious! You owe it to yourself AND be sure to tell all your friends and family - this is my new #1 favorite place in Tampa :)))

You have to see this place! The ambiance and decor are second to none. Downtown Tampa is lucky to have Veya. Not only is the setting perfect, the services at Veya are first class all the way!! The massage I had was the best in town by far. Also, the fitness classes are ideal in size and offer something different every day. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!!

Veya Fit Spa has amazing LMTs, Estheticians and Fitness Instructors all under one roof...This one's a "no brainer." It's a perfect little oasis hidden away in Downtown Tampa and a great way to escape your work stresses ...I love this place!

Located in a newly renovated building in the heart of downtown Tampa, The Franklin, Veya features a luxury fitness studio to go along with a full service spa. The space is incredible with a great blend of modern elements against timeless building features such as exposed brick. High end group fitness classes (TRX, Barre, Kickboxing, Yoga, Aerial Yoga), massage, facials, Med Spa cosmetic treatments... Sign me up!

Veya Fit Spa has a wonderful energy and an aura that makes it hard to describe- but- when you walk in the door you know you have entered a special place - one that makes it hard to leave. Its this "Experience" that will keep you coming back again and again. I love it.
