NEVER GO HERE this salon is literally across the street from my house and i would rather walk 3 miles in the rain then go to this place again. i had been there a few times before and they always did a mediocre job but the price and location kept me coming back. UNTIL i went to get a manicure for my first day at my new job. this lady cut my cuticles so far back that not only were my fingers throbbing but my pointer was bleeding everywhere. the cut was very deep and wouldnt stop bleeding and she kept insisting that i had diabetes!! finally she just painted over the dried blood all over my nail and said that i could clean it when i got home. i was charged full price. also as a side note: i was like the only person in there and was really sucked into this news story that was playing on the tv. it was obvious that i was watching it and they just switched it to an asian soap opera with out asking if i mind. not that big of a deal but considering everything else it was just the icing on the cake

I had asked them to make my nails thin and fairly short so i could work with them, but she made them wide and fat like paddles!!! And when i went back to get them removed i waited for 40 minutes! When she finally gets me in the chair and starts takin them off she was rough. Instead of soaking them in acetone she uses a new nail to push under my acrylics to pop them off. When she finally got to my thumb she ripped the top layer of my nail off!!!!! I started gushing blood. Then she tells me i can finish gettin it off myself :/. I still had to pay for it and she even expected a tip!!!!! I will never ever go there again! It took my nail two weeks to even be well enough to get my nails done again. Simply horrible
