This was pretty nice salon until the past year or so. Smart Style is owned by Regis and their area management has run off all of the decent help - and treats customers like an inconvenience. I used to have my hair done here on a regular basis - and it was a friendly and busy place and easy to get a decent cut at a reasonable price. I have been present in the salon when Regis management has come in on their high horse with their rude attitudes - treating both their employees and their customers very badly. This salon is now down to a skeleton crew and it is like a ghost town in there. At this point, I really have to wonder how long they can stay in business at this location. I have not been back in several weeks - and based on how they have managed to ruin this salon, I would not set foot in any Regis salon in this area.
WORST SALON EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! do not go to them they are horrible. very very sloppy color all over the floor do not how to style hair especially color i asked for light brown and they gave me bright yellow and my mom asked for partial highlights and they gave her a chunky over processed highlight dont go or your hair will turn out terrible!
