Went on a Saturday they seemed fairly busy but asured me and my friend there was time for us. We both were unsure who was even doing our nails. I was shared between two of the employees. Everything felt rushed. I had a manicure and shellac, while my friend had a mani pedi. We left with fairly sloppy manicures and smelling like icey hot. There seemed to be many regulars stopping in who were extremely satisfied with their previous experiences. When we arrived home and inspected what we together paid over $50 for we realized her mani pedi left rough skin on her feet and smudged uneven nail polish application. My hurried shellac was very uneven, rough, and I could see through the polish in some nails. Less than a week later my shellac has completely peeled off without much help it. The polish was peeling at all points, and my friend has already removed and repainted her nails and feels she did a better paint job than she paid for. Perhaps it was due to the heavy traffic, but we were in no rush and did not feel the reason for being rushed. It was in my own opinion a waste of money and as the services we had done were fairly basic and we have had them done multiple times elsewhere and been completely satisfied I felt compelled to write this review. As I said there were many regulars stopping in, we will in no way ever become them though.

Amazing service! I just moved to this area and I remembered visiting them one time before with a friend, so I tried them again today and I am completely blown away! Lynn helped me and did my nails, and they look amazing. She asked me exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was taking care of the entire time I was in the shop. Without a doubt I will be returning to the salon for more services. They also have a great package deals and the prices are very reasonable for this area.

I asked for stiletto nails(sharp tips) they say they can do it. Mid way through I'm not happy with the shape. Then the guy tries still wrong. He asks where do I usually get them done at? I say Davenport .. he then said Why you not go to Davenport? Let's see to give you business while I'm visiting this mall. They are rude and talk about their customers in Vietnamese. I know because I speak it. Never will I recommend this place.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I got a pedicure and a full set here and it was the worse ever. The woman that did my pedicure chipped the polish on my toe with the separator and another woman called herself fixing it with 1 coat of polish after there was 3 applied obviously you can still see it. So the first lady came back and put another coat on top of the whole toe why i don't know and when that didn't work she wiped if off and started over. When she was done it looked like a right handed 5 year old did it with their left hand. So she started over again after 20 mins my toe was finally fixed. I went on Monday 3/7/2011 and my nail bed was showing by Thursday 3/10/2011.I have had nails before and it takes 3 weeks before I even think about getting a fill in. So I called them and they said its because my nails grow fast, if my nails grew that fast I wouldn't need acrylics. The 1st person I spoke to hung up on me and I hung up on the 2nd person after she told me I would have to pay again for their horrible services. I WILL NEVER RETURN!! THEY DON'T DESERVE A SINGLE STAR!!
