Karla Coffey is the manager here. She has cut my hair twice. I brought her a VERY easy layered cut above my shoulders. My hair looks nothing like the picture. It was not a hard cut. She has no people skills. She acts like she can't wait to be done with you right away..You talk to her and she just isn't very nice. She also insulted me in subtle ways more then one time. Save your money and go to borics in mattoon. They are awesome.
