Been coming here once every couple weeks for over two years. Admittedly, my haircut is a simple one, but I've never had anything but fast, friendly service.
I know everyone has had a bad experience but I think that mine is the worst. I walked in with my mom and my little sister because we were having family photos taken and we (my sister and I ) needed to get our split ends TRIMMED, remember the word trimmed, and so my sister went first and her's looked fine. I went and sat in the chair and then I noticed that I had a different stylist that my sister. For 5 years I have been growing out my bangs and I have never gotten them cut. She asked me if I wanted to frame my face and I said no . Then she asked me again and I said NO. She asked me for the 3rd time and I finally said yes. Before she started she said that she was only going to take an inch off the back and sides and then an extra 1/2 inch off my full grown-out bangs, which I have never cut. When we walked in the owner was not there. When she was about to cut my bangs the length that I wanted the boss walked in and my stylist cut off an extra 2 and 1/2 inches because she wasn't paying attention to me, a paying customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then when the boss left the other stylist, who did my sister's hair came over and said "I am thinking about quitting and I hope that she ............" I don't remember the rest but she said somethings that were VERY rude. By the time she was finished she had cut 1 and1/2 inches from the back and 4 inches off the front !!! I now only have 6 inches in the front and 10 inches on the sides and back. WORST HAIRCUT EVER !!!!!!!!!!!
Wow. I have been burned, not once, not twice, but FOUR times by this place. I really don't want to sound like a jerk, but enough is enough, and I don't want people (especially those looking for a deal) to receive the same treatment. Here's a rundown on what the stylists have done: 1. I went in to get a two-inch trim for just the bottom of my should-length hair. When I left, friends and even unsolicited acquaintances asked me if my hair looked a little crooked on the bottom. Huge embarrassment. 2. I went in again to do uncomplicated layers in my hair. Just the usual, nothing fancy. The lady chopped a good half-inch higher than I wanted, and I looked like I had a bob cut, not layers. 3. Hoping to get a different stylist, I asked for layers again. Lucky me, I get the same terrible stylist. This time, my hair was cut unevenly everywhere. 4. I went in for the last time after I had to grow out my layers. I got a different stylist this time, and I foolishly got my hopes up. I asked for bangs and a trim. For some reason, I only have one tiny lock on the front that can be called a "bang," and the bottom of my hair is uneven. Sigh. I realize that we are all trying to save money in this economy, but it is simply not worth having a bad haircut here. Even if you're looking for the most basic of trims, this place can be hazardous. I'm not a hard-to-please in the least bit, but even I know a bad place when people come up to me with weird looks on their faces and ask if I cut my own hair.
Terrible. We have small children and were looking for an inexpensive place to get their hair cut. The first time I took my 3 yr old daughter she came back looking like Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber. The lady just kept hacking away at her bangs, they did nearly the same thing with my 1 year old. I resolved not to go back but unfortunately today I was in a hurry and had a coupon. Big mistake, I got a different stylist and thought that it would make a difference. I was wrong. Saving $2 wont put hair back on your head.
