My worst experience! I want to mention, I am not picky and even if something is not right, I never complain, this is the first time in my life. I had to take no chip polish off and just do the regular manicure. The guy souk my fingers in polish remover liquid (usually it's done with foil).OMG my skin got sooo dry in minutes, not to mention the burn during the process!!! I nicely mentioned him about the foil and I was told it's exactly the same thing.. Manicyre-water was cold, I asked to get this changed, just because I know-cold water is not good for the manicure..He changed it, it was also the same cold... When, shape..he left my nails in different length, curved looking terrible. Finely, the lady took over, and it looked she was a trainer..I thought she will see how terrible it was, and will fix it..but she didn't. didn't until I asked to do so. She believed she fixed it, but were there no any difference. Finally, polish- I could not believe, someone who works in nail salon could not know how to nicely put the polisher on nails..you could see burbles and all the dust on may nails under the polish..I was sitting there, waiting it to dry, looking at it and..I just couldn't leave with my nails looking like that..I called her, asked to take the polisher off, because that is terrible and I am going to a different salon. She wanted to try one more time (I knew this going no where- these are unprofessional, self-taughed people, and i'm wasting my time..). I left this salon 2 hours after, and my nails looked million times worse than it did before me coming in..Straight away I went to a different salon asking for help. The girl had to do the manicure all over again..cut the skin etc..she did it in minutes and it looks amazing.. I really wanted to go back to that place- and show my nails for them to have an idea, how the simple manicure looks like. But I didn't- I wast enough time already...

Have gone to quite a few places in the surrounding area but this is the best so far. They do a good job at a decent price. Only problem is if you make a reservation you never get taken in at that time

That was the worst pedicure I have ever had. first the water was barley warm by the time he was done it was cold. Then he cut my toe nails so short that they hurt today. There is literally no nail left. Im prone to ingrown nails due to my nail shape and im worried with how they are cut. Then when he did the nail polish it was all over my toes and at the end he went back with nail polish remover but really? Also the massage was pitiful no pressure more like a tickle. Im pregnant my feet hurt I would like them to feel nice when I leave they hurt the same when I left if not more because of my nails. My theory is that he never went to school for this. Im not sure if you have to for nails but for hair I know you need to pass all these tests and stuff. This guy was in his 50s im guessing and probably just the husband that the owner taught a couple things to. For 28 dollars plus tip im not happy I will never go back. Go to angel nails down the street much better service and they have frequent customer stamp cards.
