This 2 inches of snow that you speak of was more like 7". You couldn't even get in and out of the door!! I'm sorry that the lives of the stylists were more important than your haircut!! We are a fantastic salon with wonderful stylists giving the the best haircut around! Based on your unnecessary comments in your review, I think it is safe to assume that you were having a bad day. Hope it gets better!!!!

they closed because of 2" of snow. this is fricken chicago for christ sake! and hire better looking, local girls!
