Almost great, I am saddened having to write this review due to the great treatment I received during my visit but it is not without reason. After a relaxing haircut and having my hair doused in hair treatment stuff (after I had repeatedly mentioned that I don't like putting chemicals in my head) I arrived home with a phenomenal hair cut and a smile, until I got a closer look in the bathroom mirror and spotted a small flock of long hair hidden within my left sideburn. Disappointingly I grabbed a pair of scissors and took care of it, behind my right ear laid a similar issue. I am lucky to be a guy and that type of thing could be easily fixed and $25 dollars later, it just felt unnecessary, especially after informing the stylist that that is exactly the kind of thing that keeps me searching for a place to get a decent worry free haircut. I can only guess that cutting a guy's hair is just not their thing.

I went in this solon and ask to have my salt and pepper Hair colored to gray.All Gray. thay, said known problem.we can get that done! Well after the first time. I went to my apartment someone said , did you color you're Hair orange. and I said no. But it was color orange. I went back a second time and thay made it blonde. I went to u tube and thay have people useing wella 050 to turn it gray.well I have a friend who does Hair and she made it gray.the way it should it been in the first place. she charge me twenty dollars only...the first solon charge me 110.00 I don't recommend legacy solon to no one.

I had a gift certificate from Legacy that I got from my husband and I decided to schedule an appointment. I got there and they treat me really well. I had an esthetician called Danette doing everything for me. I had a Specialty facial which I thought was included in the gift, since the esthetician told me and thats why I chose the specialty. Anyway, I had my second experience with her and we went to do my nails. I guess she's really new and I needed to be showing to her the spots on my nails that the coat wasn't covering. It was frustrating because Im used to do my nails overseas with good manicurist and how she did I can do it better by myself. We went to wash my hair and wax my upper lips, she did good. Also, I liked my hair cut she did pretty good. My nightmare started when we went to do my make up. The chair was really uncomfortable, she didn't wash her hands. I stay keeping on eye on her. The lights in the make up area is terrible and I told her that I wanted something more natural. I had a nice facial and my face was moisturized which would help the make up. First, she chose a darker color, but since I was seated there and the lights wasn't helping at all. Im half latin/asian and I have a yellow undertone. Is not harder to chose a color for me. I was freaking out,but I started to think that was the light and after would be fine. They use a brand which they say is good for all skin types. Well, didn't work for me. I told her that I wanted smokey eye and she did something different, she changed because I complaint. I was almost crying when I saw myself in the mirror. She was doing everything faster and barely seeing what she was doing. I went to pay and I saw me in the mirror and I got so upset. I got in my car and went home and my husband saw me and start laugh. I should leave the Spa feeling better and ready to a party. I went see me in my mirror and my neck was so lighter than my face. I needed wash my face and do the make up by myself and with my stuff which is 100% better than the Salon. Was 35 bucks for the make up and didn't worth any penny. Even the girls from Retail Stores on Cosmetics counter know to do better. I'm new here in US and I still learning about Salons in the area. But, the Legacy is one that I will not be back. Since, I don't speak english very well and I think some people take advantage, but I'm not blind. I got late in the party because the terrible make up and feeling really frustrated.

Alex does an awesome job. I trust no one but her with my hair.

Legacy salon is FANTASTIC!!!!! Wonderful atmosphere, very clean, and friendly staff. Lindsay rice is the yoda of hair. She will take you from drab to fab!! Love it!!!!!
