After waiting for fifteen minutes for my turn, the lady told me to come back in fifteen more minutes, because her shift was ending and she felt that she would not be able to finish the job in fifteen. I don't know if that is acceptable practice here, but it is not where I come from, especially if the customer has been waiting. At any rate it was a disappointing experience, and I will not go back here.
