I attended for 4+ years this salon and for my last 3 appointments the stylist had done a very unprofessional job. My hair cut wan't right, the color didn't turned out good, I heard stylists' talking about customers, and the owner never came to check the correction the stylist needed to do on my hair. She knew I was there to have a color correction but never came to see if I, as a customer was pleased with the color. I left the salon very unhappy and unpleased with the work and attention they provided. I know they have demand because of ND so it shows that they don't care if one of two customers don't come back. They made me feel like they didn't care of my satisfaction!

Was very pleased with the staff at J Nicholas. Holly does my hair . She is always on time. And does not work on another client, while my hair color is processing. This saves me an hour. An hour is a big deal to me. Thanks Holly, love my new cut !!! : )

I was in a wedding this past weekend, and Nicholas J Salon was an awesome place for us to get pampered. We got pedicures and manicures the day before, and they allowed us to all sit together and relax and discuss the day that was fast approaching. All of the ladies were terrific, and our nails looked great. The reservation process is wonderful, and they even have you fill out a form so they know who is coming from the wedding party and what services they want. They set aside a time block and tell you in advance so the rehearsal can go off without a hitch.

You girls are great, especially Brandie, have no idea why, but everyone has been complimenting on my color, I think it is because we decided to go a little more redder and more darker on the under side....I love it!!!!!
