I have very short hair and Walmart salon did not do a good job. A friend told me about Amber and I went to have her cut my hair. Oh, boy, did she do a GREAT job. Not only that, but the cut was the perfect look for me. I am so glad that I have finally found a great stylist!
I called to make an appointment (new salon, new stylist) and the phone rang and rang - no answer, so I left a message. Two hours later, no one had called me back, so I called again. I was able to make an appointment to get in for a haircut the next day. I told the receptionist she could disregard the voicemail I'd left previously. She asked if I wanted to receive a text message as a reminder about the appointment; I said I did not, yet I received one anyway. The haircut was okay, although a little shorter than I wanted. The stylist used a flat iron on my hair, when I'd requested a curling iron, so the cut looked totally different flattened versus curled. About 15 minutes after I got home from the haircut, the receptionist called, telling me she was calling regarding my voicemail. I told her I had already made an appointment and just had my hair cut. Receptionist seemed like she hadn't listened to anything I'd said over the two-day interaction.
Without a doubt the worst manicure I have ever had, and the price was exorbitant. Looking for a 15 minute manicure that will ruin your nails for the next six months? Want somewhere that is going to scrape your nails until they're tissue thin and charge a fortune? Head to this place.
