Worst haircut I have ever had. Service was pathetic. I went home and cut my hair off with clippers.
It appears the goal was to cut hair as fast as possible, not to get a great looking style. I am positive that my hair looked better going into the shop. Battery powered trimmer should be replaced - she was stabbing at my neck and ears to make the cut before the trimmer died. She used the blow dryer to dry and blow away lose hair trimmings but only did my right side. At the end, she whipped the cape off, dumping all the hair trimmings in my lap-no excuses or apologies. I purposely wiped away the hair sitting in the chair but she said nothing. I was very happy with the previous Monday crew and had been a regular customer prior to today's experience.
Wow. I was a little surprised to see a fastastic sams like this. We had very rude service from the beginning of our experience. My boyfriend got an okay hair cut but I could not believe that. The stylistdid not know how to style my hair. She "didn't know where to start " and al I wanted was the ends curled.....
