So disappointed in the ownership at this salon. My daughter is a stylist in Northern Kentucky and was unavailable for a while to color my hair. I was able to get an appointment with Jillian at Color Xperts and she did a FANTASTIC job. I loved the color but let her know up front that I would only be coming in when my daughter was unavailable on occasion. Jillian was wonderful about it and offered to share the color formula that SHE, not the owner, designed for me if I wanted it. That impressed me so much that I went back for a second time. I called today to request the formula and spoke with the owner, MICHELLE. Not only was she rude but basically told me that she was "going to have a talk with Jillian". I didn't want to get her in trouble - Jillian was just building a relationship with a potential customer. I am so disappointed by the way I was treated that I will never go back nor will I refer anyone. What a shame...

My daughter had her updo for Ryle High School there this past month and It was great! She got multiple compliments on her hair. She and I now both go to hair color xperts to get our hair done. We have had two different stylist Jill and Natilie. They are both great! I love their Kerug Coffee machine :0)

I am happy to have found Hair Color Experts. I used to go to the cheap salons and "deal" with whatever cut I got. But, at this salon I have gotten the best hair cuts ever! Natalie is fabulous and I keep coming back for great cuts and professional service.

I have been here a number of times and have received excellent service. It is fairly easy to get an appointment when you need to and Patty is great.
