writing this review as my girlfriend tells me why this place is bad. my girlfriend went to nail school so she knows the process. her review: 1. hygiene was bad. really bad. files weren't clean. unsanitized. dipped her hands directly into the paraffin when they are supposed to scoop it into a baggie and then put a person's hands into the single baggie. 2. no base coat on her nails. the technician wanted to use a top coat as her base but my girlfriend corrected that mistake. 3. no water during her manicure. technician left cuticle remover on. 4. polish was lumpy and didn't even cover her entire nail on almost every nail. my girlfriend finished painting her own nails as the technician was doing so badly. after shopping at Walmart next door for a few minutes my girlfriend was so aggravated at the terrible manicure that she went back to the nail salon and took the polish off. to top it off the manicure cost $15 when they are usually $10. not a big price difference but considering how badly the manicure was the cost definitely didn't reflex the outcome. now that we're home my girlfriend is doing her nails herself. what a waste of $15 and 45 minutes. we feel bad writing a negative review but it was just all around terrible.
