Truly the best salon I've ever been to! Sydni is AMAZING, I definitely recommend her!!

I went in today to get a cut and color. The cut and style were good but the color was bad. I have been coloring my own hair red for 6 years and was desperate for time so I decided to get it done professionally. I showed the girl the color I usually use so she could match it but it came out too dark. She almost forgot to use the 'color off' to get the orange off my face until I reminder her at the very end. Little did I know, not only was there orange around my hair line but the glaze had dripped down the side of my face, down my neck, there was a splatter dot on my cheek, and there was still permanent color in my ears. Theres no way I can go out and enjoy my style with orange everywhere. When I got home and changed I realized there are a few light orange dots on the back of my white shirt that better wash out, and the silver chain I was wearing needs to be soaked because it too is orange because she told me I didn't need to take it off. I mentioned to the front desk girl at checkout that I wasnt quite happy and all she told me was "you should have let her know", like its my fault I look like an oompa loompa. I was not that upset until after the receptionist dismissed my problems and blamed me. NO THANK YOU, i WILL NOT BE BACK.

Just called today at 6 o'clock to try to get an appointment with Lauren. Unfortunately, she was booked and wasn't even available next week at I time I wasn't working. I agreed to a 7:45 with another stylist, but when I got there Lauren had rearranged her schedule to fit me in. And the cut was great. I got trimmed and now my hair is as nice as when she first cut it. And I am very picky about who I let cut my hair, so THANK YOU Lauren, and I will definitely be back.

It was my first time at a full scale salon, and it was such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly, and my cut was perfect! Totally worth it.

This is the best salon in Baton Rouge for sure (and I've tried other "top notch" ones)! Great service, lovely environment and above all, friendly & competent staff. You really can't go wrong here. I'm a fan & loyal customer!
