i went to this spa over the weekend. i had a full spa day and i could not be any happier. everything was SUPER CLEAN! SUPER QUIET AND RELAXING!!! my technicians were wonderful and very gentle and kind. i highly recommend this spa to anyone.

First of all, this spa is beautiful and very clean. I have been to a few different spas around the country for various pampering and this spa ranks with the best of them. I got a swedish massage and it was very good. They give you a comfy CLEAN robe to wear while you wait in the relaxing lounge area. It is a secluded room that is calming, with music and magazines. Much better than waiting in the busy reception area like you do at cheap places. The massage itself was great, no complaints. I don't like people to get too rough on me, and so this was perfect. I suppose some people would want something more 'deep tissue'. I didn't try anything else there, but I can say that I will have to be back to try it. Everyone that helped me was friendly enough and professional. The prices were a little higher than I could pay other places, but you get what you pay for!

I went to coccolare for the the first time a few weeks ago. I had scheduled a deep tissue massage. The facilities were nice and clean and inviting. The staff however doesn't have a clue. My therapist didn't even ask me about preferences or if i had any problem areas, she just said face down then attempted to walk out, until I insisted on a brief explanation of what I was recieving massage for. Needless to say the massage was not what I asked for and definitley not deep tissue. Upon leaving I had some questions for the front desk about other prices and services and they had no clue about any of it, they actually had to leave the front desk to find people to ask. Booking a massage is like a gamble you don't know if you're going to get what you pay for, but when you go to a place like this you just expect better. Very unprofessional.

First off its was a very clean enviorment.The receptionests was nice.But the massage was horrible,I was very desappointed with it.I went back again didn't get the same person and it was still desappointing so i didn't get another massage there again.I've had micodermabrasions there they were lovely ,but, didn't help my face clear up or anything.So I just won't go back there anymore. I have given them plenty of chances and I'm not going back.PLUS THEY WERE TO EXPENSIVE AND DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DOWN THE ROAD IS ASHERO SPA IT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

The only reason I went to this place was because I received a gift card. Thank goodness I didn't spend any of my own money. My friend and I got the deluxe pedicure (which was pretty good) however when we got mini-manicure for $10 for that month's special, I must say I was extremely disappointed. The girl didn't even paint my entire nail and the polish that was used made many, many tiny air bubbles and it looks terrible. I will never come to this place again. Oh yeah - they asked if I wanted botox - and I'm 25.
