Have been cancelled for hair appts. twice and when trying to schedule appts hair dresser always on vacation. had appt scheduled and arrived to appt to find hair dresser already working with two other clients and cancelled me after I waited 30 min. Not the worst salon I have seen but not worth the frustration either.
We took our two boys to Best Cuts (4 & 2 yrs) and arrived at 5:05 PM on a saturday with a closing time of 6. There was no one waiting in the waiting area, and two of three stylists were working on a client (the third was sweeping up). We were told they could only cut ONE boy out of two by the "head stylist" on that night. She asked her co-worker who simply said "I Can't". If the posted closing time is 6 PM, why couldn't we get two young boys cut within an hour of closing?? We found them just rude, and oh...this is the second such experience for us.
I've been going to this Best Cuts for two years and always have got excellent service. I have Jen do all my cuts and she really does do an excellent job every time. Try making an appointment with Jen, she does an outstanding job every time!
The woman who calls herself the manager is extremely rude. Her attitude is terrible and she leaves customers waiting even if you have an appointment and then proceeds to dry or style her own hair. Save yourself the frustration and don't go here. The manager had told me to be sure to make an appointment which I did and have been left waiting while she eats her lunch, shops at Marshalls or just styles her own hair. My feeling was three strikes and you are out. I will not go back.
