Dolce Med Spa has it right from the minute you walk in until you leave. What a great experience with very knowledgeable staff. Can't wait to go again soon!

I generally have been pleased with the service, however it's not fair to provide a rating as I am still undergoing services and wouldn't be able to give an honest answer until my laser treatments have been completed. I am however going to provide a review based on my experience from this day only as I was not at all pleased. I had an appointment scheduled on Mothers Day by Dolce with my usual technician. I wasn't thrilled on the day but not the end of the world so I didn't change the date and was willing to plan my day around it. As it turns out my technician decided to take the day off understandably so, however I never received a call, email, or text advising of such. Would have been nice to have been given the option of seeing someone else or re-scheduling. I was running a couple minutes late due to being stuck in bumper to bumper traffic on the highway so as a courtesy I called to apologize and advise. I was there approximately 3 min late. Now all along I'm still expecting my usual technician. When I get there I am told she ran out to Starbucks and will be right back. Really?? I'm now waiting a good 10-15 min before they call me in. To my surprise the owner is my technician today. Not so much as an apology in the fact that they decided to think I'd be ok with someone else, or for making me wait. And now I wait again as she prepares the machine. She then advises I should wipe myself down to remove my lotion I had put on, probably my fault given I should have known better to put it on before I came but was it necessary to provide me with towels soaking in a bowl of ice water to wipe myself with? I'm now being treated and she has me flip over meanwhile she leaves the paintbrush with the jelly stuff all over it on my table and given that I can't see because my eyes are covered I roll over and put my hand right in it. Crap everywhere! Well thank you for wiping me off or giving me something to wipe myself off with not! And to boot she didn't even do the front of my leg and I had to inform her after I was rolled over so she tells me to hold my leg up. So how did you make sure you covered all spots from that angle? Pretty sure you didn't get my knee! As I'm laying here with nothing but my tank top on and a hand towel on my lap there's a knock on the door and she opens it to talk to whomever it was. Umm really, some privacy please could that have not waited 15 min? Don't want to go into details on this but she tortured me that I actually yelled at one point. This was my 4th visit never experienced that before I honestly think this was deliberate! According to her that's because that spot was never reached before the way my usual tech does it. So now we have people that aren't doing it right working for you then what am I paying $1000 for? She finishes and again I am left with ice cold towels to wipe myself down with incredible! So now I'm leaving reschedule for my 6 weeks and I notice a bag of white roses all with individual water viles attached. I'm sure those were the nice gift for the clients coming in on Mothers Day but I'm not given one. So as I reach my car with my daughter and mother patiently waiting for me I mention these roses to her and she informs me yes everyone that left had one. Wow is all I can say! So please if you took the time to read this understand I am rating this solely on my experience on this given day with the owner, from my past 3 experiences I would have never provided such a review, but if I was not already committed I probably would have said today was my last!

I went in with a Groupon for Botox. It was awesome! I had a great experience! Added Juvaderm cause there was a special and a peel included. Will be back for peel and laser consult. Super excited!!! I drove an hour from a little town in Rhode Island to Hanover. Well worth it! I woulod recommend to everyone!

Dolce Med Spa is the best! I have been a customer for a while now and have had many different treatments. The staff has always been very friendly and professional and Tracy the owner could not be more helpful and accommodating. I had my daughters 16th birthday party there recently and Tracy and the staff made it so special and memorable. The atmosphere is one of luxury and relaxation and once the robe is on, the spa experience begins. Cucumber water and soothing music comfy couches and chaises all contribute to a very special spa experience. I recommend Dolce to everyone

I have been going to Dolce for over a year and I couldn't be happier with the location, facilities and the services. I have monthly facials/chemical peels with Kate. She is extremely knowledgeable and makes my skin look fantastic! I also have massages with Julie and she is great. I have had many massages in the past, but hers are the best!! If you are thinking of trying Dolce, don't hesitate. You will be very pleased with your experience.
