Excellent services in a beautiful and convenient location. I've had my nails and waxing done here frequently with amazing results every time. They use OPI for their gel manicures, which is definitely the best quality brand for that type of polish. I love how friendly and knowledgeable their staff is. Never had a bad experience!!
this place has a horrible owner. i overheard the receptionist suggesting that the service should be on them because of an interferice that neither the customer were responsible for and the owner said word for word in a disgusting tone... "the alarm went off thats not my fault why should i have to loose money"... i am not going here knowing that my money is going to someone like this. In a way i understand but its customer service, i found her to be selfish and unprofessinal just how she spoke to her staff and demanded. and the poor customer covered in a mudwrap outside in a towel because the alarm went off and she still wanted to charge her full price. Worst Spa ive ever been too.
I just visited this spa and was very displeased with my entire experience. I booked a spa package that included different services. Most of the services were ok but it was very cold in the spa and I felt like i was on "display" because there is NO privacy. The staff was NOT very accommodating and I felt rushed the ENTIRE time. The staff seemed unorganized and chaotic. I also paid $83.00 for a "professional" manicure and pedicure and my nails looked awful, like my 3 year old daughter did them! I will never return to this spa- you are better off looking elsewhere in this area!!!!
I had a very bad experience at this spa. Their customer service left a lot to be desired. There are many other options in Northampton and I would look at them.
I hadn't been in quite a while and I called to make an appointment. The receptionist told me they needed my credit card information to hold the appointment as they charge for the appointment if a cancellation occurs, and the one they had on file expired years ago. This irked me on many levels, first of all, I'm sure they do not have a secure enough system to be holding onto credit card information like that. Secondly, I was never informed of this policy, and was unaware they had been holding my information for this purpose previously. I won't be going back.
