Not sure that I would even give them a 1! I received a grift card for girls i work with. When I called to make an appt. for a mani/ pedi the receptionist told me that the girl that used to do them left. Hmmmm so you only have one person that does this service? Really?
I wish I could give a review of this salon but unfortunately both appointments I put on my schedule were not kept. The first one was cancelled 3 hours beforehand so I re-scheduled; the second one they changed. When I showed up on time, I was told I had the wrong time and should have listened to the messages on my answering machine confirming the time. And to make it all the better, I was not offered to set up another appointment. Nice....
If this place is supposed to be the Newbury St. of the south shore, then their receptionist sure has the attitude....!
