For starters, the store opened late. It is in the mall, and was scheduled to open at 10. The lady did not arrive until 10 minutes later, and then took 5 more minutes to actually open the store. I purchased 2 items, and upon checking out, asked if they could be returned. She told me I could return items as long as tags were still on. I confirmed by repeating myself, saying, "Ok, I just want to make sure I can return these." She responded rudely, "Well, you won't be wearing these with the tags on, right? So then yes you can return." The very next day, I brought the 2 items back, as they were not the exact match for what I needed. The same woman was working, asked why I was returning, was not happy to accept them back. She kept pushing for me to buy other items in return, but I only wanted my money back (credit card). Finally, she had to call someone on the phone to instruct her on how to do a return. She then kept both receipts from the return. Now, a month and a half later, my credit card was charged for the purchase. I don't know, maybe this was accidental, but based on the woman's attitude, I think she was trying to be sneaky and charge me late, hoping I wouldn't notice. I will be going to the store tonight to argue. And I will never be shopping there again.
