Heather C. is absolutely the most wonderful stylist and person at Bubbles in Towson. She doesn't have a snobby attitude. She will LISTEN to whatever you want and if 'By Chance' you don't like what she did, she will do whatever it takes to make you happy. Honestly, you should let her take the reigns. She will amaze you and surprise you with something better than you could have imagined! She knows what shes doing. I have been going to her for Years and I have never been disappointed. Not once. And I am very picky and annoying when it comes to directions and what I want done. So if you're like me, Go To Heather! She is awesome too. Most of the other stylists think they are on America's Next Top Model and they're so far from it; light years away! Their attitudes are ridiculously Lousy. But Heather is always Calm, Cool & Collected! She wins awards all of the time too for her talent. Not to mention, if you need products, she will not Oversell you and make you get stuff just to boost her sales. She will Pick Out what You need and That's It! Go See Her Make an Appointment, because she is ALWAYS** Booked!! ...Just goes to show.

For a Walk-In establishment, I could not believe the professionalism here, AND the out-of-this-world creativity these stylists demonstrate. What they practice at Bubbles is nothing short of art. You can actually see it in their own haircuts if you look at the stylists themselves. Not only that, a hostess goes around offering coffee, tea, and conversation. I am not one of the 'beautiful people' by a long stretch, and I felt TOTALLY comfortable and welcomed here from the moment I walked in. Jay Kim cut my hair with a razor, and it rocks. I would recommend Bubbles for anyone looking for a edgy extraordinary cut - even if it's the last minute and you rush in there, like I did. Wow, I can't get over it. Definitely returning to Bubbles, Towson mall.

MEGAN is the best hair stylist I have been to, ever. She literally knows exactly how to style my hair the way I want it. Occasionally I like to change it up, and she knows how to make it just so it fits perfectly. I have been to many terrible hair stylists and I am soooo relieved I have finally found someone I am consistently going back to. She's great and I would recommend her to anyone!

The stylist was ok. The front desk assistants were rude and not personable. Felt like they were in a hurry to get me out of there- when the place wasn't even busy. I guess you get what you pay for.

I went there to try it out. It looks like a modern, trendy salon with lots of energy. I made an appointment and asked for someone who is really good with cuts and has a young style. Instead she fits me into the only available appointment with an older lady who seemed insecure and critizised my choice of hair color and way to wear it. I showed her a person sitting next to us and said this is how I want it cut. My hair looked like nothing was done to it when I left. My boyfriend said: "I tohught you were going to get your hair done today" I did not want to make a scene, I just paid and left, 50 bucks for nothing. This salon might have some good stylists but they gave me the worst. I had better service at HairCuttery. Never again.
